Build a Better Love Life
Couples and Individual Therapy in Corte Madera and San Francisco
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Relationships can be messy, and being stuck in an unhappy one is exhausting. Maybe you're in the middle of a high-conflict divorce, juggling the complexities of a blended family, or facing the question of whether to stay or go. Maybe you're exploring a non-traditional relationship and want a therapist who gets it. Or maybe you're coming in on your own, ready to understand the patterns that hold you back.
Whatever brings you here, you deserve a therapist who is as invested in the outcome as you are.
Concrete tools for real connection.
I don’t just offer passive support; I teach people how to better connect. Building a deep, lasting relationship is a skill, and it requires a mix of self-awareness and practice.
My approach is direct, collaborative, and effective. Drawing from evidence-based therapy methods including the Gottman Method and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we’ll look at where you’re stuck and find ways to get you moving toward a life that feels more meaningful again.
I see clients in person in Corte Madera and in San Francisco (Lower Pacific Heights). I also offer virtual therapy throughout California and Illinois.
